Note that paid add - ons from the Kickstarter Campaign aren't included unless stated otherwise. It's 3030, and the world is full of amazing entertainment. The once - virtual is now real, and global sports are huge. Every five years, millions watch M.E.C.H.s, the Mechanized Entertainment Combat Heroes. Tiny Epic Mechs is an arena - style player - vs - player action - programming game. It has ITEMeeples in plastic - molded power armors and a cool Mech suit they can enter. Players are skilled Mech pilots in a six - round battle royale. Each round, pick four of eight actions to program. Move around the arena, deploy defensive turrets, plant land mines, collect resources, buy weapons, and power up into your armor or the Mech Suit. Only one Mech Suit exists for the top player. Programmed actions are played one by one. When you meet another player, combat starts. Combat is fast, and each weapon can be used once per fight. Weapons are of three types that counter each other. Time your weapons right to gain an edge. Deal lots of damage to impress the audience and score points. You also get points from area control and Mech control every other round, and for each weapon at the game's end. To play Tiny Epic Mechs, first, gather 1 to 4 players. You'll step into the shoes of a Mech pilot in the year 3030. Each game lasts six rounds. In each round, look at the eight available actions and choose four to program. This will decide what you do in the arena, like moving around, setting up defensive turrets, or planting land mines. When it's time to play, the programmed actions are played out one by one around the table. If you cross paths with another player, combat begins. Remember, you can use each weapon only once per fight. Try to time your weapons well to counter your opponent. After the combat, the one out of ammo retreats or resets if defeated. You score points by dealing damage, controlling areas, and having the Mech Suit. At the end of the game, you also get points for each weapon you own. As for maintenance, keep the ITEMeeples and their plastic - molded power armors in a dry place. Don't expose the game components to extreme temperatures.
