Content Notes: This is the Retail Edition of Welcome to... Dry Erase Boards, a board game accessory by Deep Water Games. It includes four dry erase boards and requires the Welcome to Your Perfect Home board game (sold separately).
In Welcome To..., you're an architect aiming to build the best new town in 1950s US. You can add resources to a pool, hire employees, and more.
The game plays like a roll - and - write dice game but without dice. You flip cards from three piles to get three different action sets with a house number and an action. Everyone chooses one. Use the number to fill houses on your street in order, then take the action to increase estate point values or score points for building parks and pools. Players can also alter or duplicate house numbers. Everyone races to complete public goals first. There are many strategies and randomized action sets, so no two games are the same!
Due to communal actions, gameplay is simultaneous, making it great for large groups.

To use the Welcome To: Retail Edition Dry Erase Boards, first, make sure you have the Welcome to Your Perfect Home board game as it's required. Then, you can start the game. When you flip cards from the three piles to get action sets, use the dry erase boards to keep track of house numbers and actions. Write down the house numbers in numerical order on your street representation and note the actions you take. To increase the point value of your estates or score points for building parks and pools, simply follow the actions you've chosen. You can also use the boards to record any alterations or duplications of house numbers. Remember, everyone is racing to complete public goals, so keep an eye on what others are doing. For maintenance, use a dry erase eraser or a soft cloth to clean the boards after each game. Store the boards in a dry and flat place to avoid warping. If you have any problems during the game, don't hesitate to contact The Game Steward for advice.
