Product Information

Board Game Geek Rating: 6.69, Avg Player Rating: 7.38. This 2017 retail - edition Dragon Castle board game is for 2 to 4 players. It's freely inspired by Mahjong Solitaire. On your turn, grab a pair of identical tiles from the central 'Dragon Castle' and place them on your realm board to build your own castle. You can sacrifice tiles to get shrines. When you create a set of the same tiles, consolidate them face - down to score points and build shrines on top, though shrines limit building options. Use the spirit card, but it comes at a cost. Follow the dragon card's building requirements for bonus points. The game ends when the Dragon Castle is reduced to one floor. After a final round, the player with the most points wins! At TheGameSteward, a good portion of your spend on this game goes towards backing new Kickstarter games. Contact us if you have purchase or game - related questions.

How to play: First, set up the Dragon Castle in the center and give each player a realm board. On your turn, pick a pair of identical tiles from the Dragon Castle and put them on your board. You can sacrifice these tiles to get shrines. When you have a set of the same tiles, flip them face - down to score points and you can build shrines on them. You can use the spirit card, but it'll cost you. Also, follow the rules on the dragon card for extra points. The game ends when the Dragon Castle has only one floor left, then there's a final round and the one with the most points wins. Notes: Remember that shrines, while giving more points, limit your building choices. Using the spirit card is a strategic decision due to the cost. Maintenance: Keep the tiles and cards in a dry place to prevent damage. If they get dirty, gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth.
