Players: 3 - 6. Published in 2022. This is a Kickstarter exclusive edition of the Hand to Hand Wombat board game by Exploding Kittens. The Golden Wombat Edition bundle includes the core game, a Golden Wombat bag, and all unlocked stretch goals. Note that paid add - ons from the Kickstarter campaign are not included unless otherwise stated. In Hand - to - Hand Wombat, each player gets a secret identity as a Good Wombat or a Bad Wombat. Everyone closes their eyes. Good Wombats build towers while Bad Wombats try to disrupt them. After the timer ends, players open their eyes, discuss, argue, and vote on who they think is a Bad Wombat. It's like a mix of thumb wrestling and mind wrestling. At the start, you're given a role card to determine if you're a good or bad Wombat. Game pieces are scattered on the table. With eyes closed, players manipulate the pieces at the same time. Good Wombats aim to build three pyramidal towers neatly, while Bad Wombats create chaos by deconstructing or ruining the tower shapes. When the timer runs out, players stop, open eyes, discuss, and vote to eliminate a player. Good Wombats win by building towers before too many teammates are out; otherwise, Bad Wombats win.
